Responsible Resident Community Program 2016

This program is designed especially for F&M students living off campus.  Meet your student neighbors and discuss how to keep your neighborhood safe, how to be a good neighbor, how to host a responsible party, how to make responsible choices about your own alcohol use and responsibly manage serving alcohol and alcohol consumption at your residence.  NOTE:  Participation in this program is mandatory for rising juniors in order to be eligible to live off campus for the 2016-2017 academic year.

The sessions held during Spring 2016 have come to a close.  We hope to schedule more sessions in early fall for those students that were abroad or that may have missed a session.

Residency Policy

Rising sophomores, rising juniors and rising seniors participate in the online room selection lottery process to select housing within the college's portfolio of options for the next academic year. The housing lottery takes place in late March/early April each year. Student housing is reserved for currently enrolled students only.  All enrolled students must reside within the college's portfolio of housing all four years. A student may commute to campus if they live with a parent or guardian within a 50 mile radius of campus. Students in need of a special housing accommodation should visit the Office of Disability Services website for more information.
