Each year the theme house offerings will be evaluated by the Office of the Dean of the College to determine if they will continue into the next academic year. Students in each theme house will be asked to provide annual documentation that supports the house mission.  Event programming for each theme house will also be reviewed.  Sophomores, juniors and seniors are permitted to live in theme housing. Juniors and seniors are given housing priority. In a theme house, the housing term dates are the same as on campus residence halls (9 months).  In theme house locations, utilities to include gas/electric, water/sewer, and internet are included in the semester pricing.
