September 10, 2026 For Gonzalo Gentou Arbizu ’26, a brief introduction to a fellow Franklin & Marshall College Diplomat grew into months of conversations about travel, career possibilities, and life after college. Now it has led to his first full-time job. August 24, 2026 For Moemen Ibrahim ’26, an assignment to reach out to a Franklin & Marshall College alumna on LinkedIn led to much more than a career conversation. It became the beginning of an internship and an introduction to the world of innovation at Fulton Bank — and has also led to a full-time job. August 5, 2026 Erin Corrigan ’22 is helping to plan initiatives at the highest levels of state government just a few years after graduation, thanks to advice and support from her F&M alumni mentor, Trustee Akbar Hossain ’13. “F&M alumni are here to help support you,” she said. “It’s F&M’s culture to help lift up the next generation.”How it Works
