- denying employment opportunities to a qualified applicant or employee because of marriage to, or association with, an individual of a particular protected group listed above;

- excluding a student or applicant, persecuting a student or otherwise denying or limiting his/her educational access, benefits, or opportunities based upon that student ’s or applicant’s membership in a protected category, as described above.
Reporting Procedure -- All student employees, applicants, and employees are free to exercise their rights under this policy and these practices. If any student, applicant, or employee feels his/her rights under the law or policies and practices have been violated, he/she should promptly notify:

The College’s Title IX Coordinator will be notified of all Title IX-related complaints per the Sexual Misconduct, Discrimination and Harassment Policy.
