The Winter Graduates Recognition

Reception to follow for graduates and families.

Franklin & Marshall College thanks family, friends, faculty, and staff for celebrating the students who will complete their academic requirements early.

Graduate Invites:
Graduates received an invite by email, attendance must be confirmed by  Friday,  December 2, 2022. 

Arrival: 
Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. Graduates are to arrive between 3:30-3:45 p.m. and check-in at the table in the Lobby. 

Graduate Attire: 
The Winter Graduate program is an informal recognition and not a degree conferral ceremony, therefore caps and gowns are not needed. Graduates attire is business attire.

Seating: 
Open seating for guests. Graduates will be assigned a seat in the front rows of Barshinger Music Center. There is no reserved seating for guests. 

Virtual & OnDemand: 
Graduates will receive the virtual weblink on Friday, December 9 to share with family and friends who cannot attend in person. The program will also be available viewing on-demand on December 19.

Reception: 
Following the program, graduates and guests are welcome to a reception with light refreshments. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available. 

Graduation applications are due Monday, October 3, 2022, to Sarah Esh, associate registrar to be considered for the winter graduation recognition. Winter graduates are eligible and included in the Class of 2023, commencement activities on May 13, 2023.
