Weather permitting, the ceremony is held on Hartman Green in the center of campus. Should we have inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the Alumni Sports & Fitness Center (ASFC). Updated information can be found on the day of the ceremony by checking the College website or by calling 717-291-3848.
Do we need tickets for the Ceremony?
No, tickets are not required, and there is no limit to the number of seats available for families for the ceremony even if it is held inside, but we do recommend that you arrive early to find your seats.
Where do I park the day of the Ceremony?
There are multiple parking lots available during the weekend. Signage will be visible along Harrisburg Avenue and West Liberty Street, as we will also be using remote parking on the North Campus, with shuttle service to campus.
To access the North Campus parking areas and avoid traffic on Harrisburg Avenue, we encourage you to take PA 72/Manheim Pike to the Fruitville Pike Intersection, take a right onto Fruitville Pike/Prince Street, travel a few blocks then turn right onto West Liberty Street. You can use 313 West Liberty, Lancaster PA 17603 as a reference point for GPS and navigation apps.
Appropriate signage will indicate these options, which are also marked on the map below.
Is there special parking and seating for handicapped guests?
Yes, there is a convenient drop-off location, and special parking and seating for handicapped guests. If you or a guest requires special accommodations, please contact Carole D'Ettorre at (717) 358-5916 or email@example.com. We are limiting the number to four seats per family in this seating section.

Can we stay overnight on campus?
The College is making space available in the Weis Residence Hall for parents and guests for one- or two-night stays on Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7.
