Steinman College Center Atrium

The Graduation Fair provides graduating students the opportunity to meet with a variety of offices on campus in one centralized location to make the graduation process more convenient. Students that will be graduating at the end of the term are encouraged to attend in order to be prepared for graduation and commencement.
  • Classic Photography will take a graduation photo in a cap & gown (which will be provided), as well as a headshot if requested.  Photos will be available for purchase.

  • Registrar's Office:  Do you need to drop a minor or second major? Do you have questions about your graduation requirements? Wondering what actually appears on an F&M diploma? The Registrar's Office is where to go for answers.

  • Stacy Thornwall-Rogers, Director of College Ceremonies:  Questions about tickets? What to wear? Stacy will be there to answer your Commencement ceremony related questions.

  • OSPGD/Office of Student & Post-Graduate Development:  OSPGD prepares students for success in their lives and careers beyond college and continues to support them as alumni.

  • Office of Financial Aid:  Office staff will be available to answer general loan and financial aid questions.

  • Jostens Inc.  Celebrating the Moments that Matter.  Seniors will have the opportunity to purchase an official Franklin & Marshall class ring at event promotional pricing.

  • International Student Services:  F-1 seniors are welcome to stop by and chat about their steps after graduation (US graduate school, OPT, or abroad) and the immigration implications of each possible path.  This is an ideal time to chat with ISS for quick questions or clarifications on policy, regulation, and opportunities.

  • Alumni Relations:  At the Alumni Relations table, seniors can find information on how to stay engaged with the college after graduation, update their address/email address; and pick up some freebies.

  • Senior Class Giving Challenge:   The Senior Class Giving Challenge (SCGC) table will offer information on the SCGC and how to make a gift.

  • Student Accessibility Services:   Are you in need of accommodations during graduation? We're here to help! Please ask any questions you may have about accessibility for your big day.

  • Office of Communications:  We enjoy telling the success stories of our students and young alumni.  Let our representatives know what you’re up to after graduation – job, grad school, travel, volunteering – so that we can stay in touch and share your story with prospective students and your fellow classmates and alumni.
