In order to comply with federal regulations (34 CFR 602.16(a)(1)(ix)) and regional accreditation requirements (34 CFR 668.43(b)), Franklin & Marshall College  provides the following information to prospective and current students for filing complaints.

If a student fails to resolve a complaint through the processes and procedures described above, a formal complaint may be file with the Pennsylvania Department of Education


Unresolved complaints may ultimately be filed with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education when all other attempts have been exhausted. Middle States is the accreditating agency for the College.
