Current F&M students MUST submit this form when hosting a party with more than 20 attendees that contains alcohol. Party Registration Forms must be dropped off in the Dean of the College Office by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday BY ONE OF THE HOSTS listed. Alcohol and party host informational meetings will be held in the Old Main Board Room, located on the second floor of Old Main, every Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
Water provided, as an alternative beverage, MUST BE BOTTLED. Open containers of water are not permitted.
If you are a recognized club or Greek organization and want to host a party where alcohol is present, you will continue to follow your regular procedure by contacting Lucy Gillichbauer or Stuart Umberger in the Office of Student Engagement & Leadership or Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
Students who would like to attend a conference may submit this form to request funds. If approved, students presenting at a conference can receive up to $400. Students attending only, can receive up to $200.
