The Office of Finance and Administration is responsible for managing the College's financial and administrative operations, including:

  • Auxiliary Services – transportation, dining services, ID card management, laundry services, college bookstore, conferences and events, vending, Ben’s Bucks, housing
  • Compliance and Riskcontract management, enterprise risk management, environmental health and safety
  • Facilities Management & Campus Planning – facilities planning, space allocation, capital projects, maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, mail services, warehouse
  • Finance Division - budget and financial planning, financial services (billing, cashier services, payroll, purchasing), investments and endowment, debt management, and stewardship of financial resources
  • Public Safety – safety and security, emergency management planning, dispatch, motor vehicle registration
