We require all tax documents and supplemental financial aid forms to be uploaded via the College Board IDOC Service.
The confidentiality of your information is very important to the College Board and to Franklin & Marshall College. Every effort is made to guarantee the integrity and privacy of data submitted by students and parents.
By uploading your documents via IDOC, your information will be stored in a secure environment, and will be communicated only to the financial aid office(s) at IDOC-participating college(s) and program(s) to which you are applying. The paper copies of your documents will be destroyed after the conclusion of this processing year.
Uploading your information to IDOC as requested will help us process your financial aid application more quickly and efficiently.
Do not fax or email your tax documents to the Office of Financial Aid. The IDOC service is of no cost to students and will further the Office of Financial Aid's recent migration toward the secure and sustainable goal of reducing paper flow throughout the office.
IDOC notification begins the first week of October.
After you complete the CSS Profile, you will receive an email from the College Board that provides instructions for uploading your federal tax documents (signed tax return, all W2s and all schedules) . You are encouraged to upload ALL of your documents at one time.
If you have questions about logging on to IDOC or uploading forms from IDOC, please call the College Board at 1-866-897-9881, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Extended service hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. are available from January through April.
