Magnolia Laurie: your land/my land

3The Phillips Museum of Art presents your land/my land, featuring the work of Magnolia Laurie, F&M Assistant Professor of Art & Art History. Like the Woody Guthrie song the show references, Laurie’s pictorial space possesses a determined optimism, interlaced with dueling emotion and psychology, as they address the complexities associated with land, ownership and ruin.
