The ITS Help Desk remains your central point of contact for support with technology at F&M. We continue to staff our virtual desk from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Monday through Friday. All requests for assistance are processed using the Web Help Desk system and whether you enter a ticket at helpdesk.fandm.edu, or leave a message at 717-358-6789, where your voicemail is magically transformed into a ticket, your request will be routed to a member of our our team to resolve your request. Please include a phone number with your requests should we need to call you back for additional information.
