Five leaders with deep experience in the spheres of biotechnology, psychology, finance and law have been newly appointed to the Franklin & Marshall College Board of Trustees, effective July 1:
Joan M. Fallon, D.C., ’79 is founder and chief executive officer of Curemark LLC, a research and drug development company focused on treating children with neurological diseases. She worked as a pediatric chiropractor for 25 years and taught anatomy, physiology and developmental biology as an assistant professor of natural science and mathematics at Yeshiva University.
Anne W. Fass P’17 is an adolescent psychodynamic psychotherapist who works with vulnerable young people in schools and community centers across London, England. A volunteer for the Franklin & Marshall Admission Network and member of the F&M Parents Council, she and her husband, David Fass P’17, are the parents of F&M student Sydney Fass ’17.

Katie G. Rouff-Ward ’99, president of the Alumni Association Board, is senior vice president of The Nelson/Rouff Financial Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in New York City. An active volunteer for the Franklin & Marshall Admission Network, Council for Women, Diplomat Athletic Club and Regional Alumni Council, she has also served as a Career Services Partner, F&M Fund Class Agent and Reunion volunteer.
Robert S. Schlossberg, Esq., ’79, P’14, chair of F&M’s Leadership Council, is partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP in Washington, D.C., where he specializes in antitrust matters. He just completed a three-year term on the board of the Franklin & Marshall Admission Network and was a member of the College’s Campaign for Business, Government and Public Policy. He and his wife, Helene Schlossberg P’14, are the parents of recent graduate Jeff Schlossberg ’14.
New GOLD Trustee Seat Created
Michael T. Arnold ’08 joined the Board of Trustees in 2014 as the College’s first GOLD trustee (GOLD alumni are Graduates Of the Last Decade). Arnold is vice president and chief compliance officer of IOG Capital LP, an energy investment firm in Dallas. He served in a variety of leadership positions as an F&M student, and has been a member of F&M’s Leadership Council, an Admission volunteer, a member of Regional Alumni Council and a volunteer for his class Reunion.
