Mindful U is a four week workshop offered in both the fall and spring semesters. It is for students who wish to learn about mindfulness and develop a practice to help them manage stress and be present in their daily lives. The course introduces a new skill each week, with opportunities to practice and dialogue with other participants.
We have completed our regular Mindful U courses for Spring, 2022. We will offer more information for Fall, 2022 soon.
