Mindful U is a four week workshop offered in both the fall and spring semesters. It is for students who wish to learn about mindfulness and develop a practice to help them manage stress and be present in their daily lives. The course introduces a new skill each week, with opportunities to practice and dialogue with other participants.
Mindful U will begin February 10th at 3:30pm. Registration Links will be sent to all students via email.
