Weather Advisory for February 9

Due to today's heavy snowfall and it's impact on driving conditions, Franklin & Marshall College will dismiss professional staff — except essential personnel — at 2:00 p.m. this afternoon.

Classes will continue to be held and other scheduled events will proceed as planned unless otherwise announced.

The following list of cancellations/postponements will be updated continuously as that information becomes available. Please check this page often for the latest updates.

Cancellations & Postponements:

Phillips Museum of Art: John Holmgren was scheduled to talk about his show, District of the Penguins, Feb. 9. Because of the snow, the talk has been postponed until Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 5 p.m.

In light of impending weather conditions the Committee on Fair Practices is postponing today's forum on bias reporting.  The rescheduled forum will take place at 4:30 Tuesday, February 16, in the Weis College House Great Room.

The Shadek-Fackenthal Library and the Martin Library of the Sciences will remain open tonight (Tuesday, February 9) until midnight.
