Club Council serves as a communications link and resource for the recognized student organizations at F&M. Club Council is responsible for the recognition of new student clubs and organizations, development and enforcement of policies and procedures affecting student organizations, and serves as an advisory board to clubs and organizations on subjects ranging from the structure of the organization to the planning of events.

Budget Site

The Club Council Budget Site is accessible to student leaders and advisers to submit & manage your organizations budget. Additionally the Budget Site will allow you to update your club's information and access budget details.

Club Council Funding Request Form

This form should be used to request funding outside of the semester budget request process.  Special Allocations, Reallocations, and Fundraiser Boosts are all requested using this form.  An appointment with Club Council to discuss a request for funding should not be scheduled until this form has been submitted.
