Monthly Video – Check it Out!

Have you heard of K-Pop? Some F&M students formed a K-Pop dancing club a few years ago, and it's going strong. Enjoy this student-produced video about the club, which is called "Choomies."

Spring Break Transportation

F&M offers shuttles to and from regional airports (Baltimore/Washington, Philadelphia and Harrisburg) as well as to the Lancaster train station at the beginning and end of spring break. This year, spring break begins after classes Friday, March 13, and ends when classes resume Monday, March 23. Students may use this website to view the schedules and find instructions for how to make, and pay for, a reservation. The deadline for reservations has not yet been announced, but it is usually early in March.

Commencement Information for Parents of Seniors

Are you ready to watch your student walk across that stage on Saturday, May 16? This is the time when parents of seniors are looking forward to Commencement Weekend at F&M, a celebratory time for all. Be on the lookout for an email from the Dean’s Office in the coming weeks, which will provide important details for the weekend.

Our Commencement website will be regularly updated in the coming months. The website is a great source of information, including a very helpful Q&A section.

If you have not yet made hotel reservations, this page offers some options, while the Discover Lancaster site provides additional information.

Building Update

If you've driven or walked past the south side of F&M's campus during the past year, you may have noticed an elegant building slowly appearing among the trees near Buchanan Park. That's the Susan and Benjamin Winter Visual Arts Center! Students and faculty alike are excited to begin using the spaces within the Visual Arts Center, and that should happen late this spring.

Check out pictures from the construction of the Winter Visual Arts Center here.

The Campaign Report is Online – Check it Out!

Have you seen the latest report of gifts? F&M's current fundraising campaign is called "Now to Next," and the Campaign Report for fiscal year 2019 is now available on the Now to Next website.

Show Your Love for F&M

February – the month of love! Show your love for F&M through your philanthropy… your gift to the Franklin & Marshall Fund will help guarantee that F&M students today and tomorrow have the opportunity to undertake a world-class liberal arts education.

As always, you may choose to honor your student with your gift -- a meaningful Valentine's Day present! Thank you for helping F&M remain one of the nation's top liberal arts colleges for generations to come.

Make A Gift

Upcoming Dates to Note

Next month is F&M Athletics' annual monthlong fundraising celebration, Raise Our Game. Teams compete to see which team can raise the most, and supporters of our athletic program demonstrate, with their gifts, how much our teams and athletes mean to them.

And, in the middle of March, F&M will celebrate its first "Day of Giving" – 1,787 minutes of giving, to be exact. From March 10 to March 11, alumni and students will be encouraged to support the Franklin & Marshall Fund with their gift.
