Tammy initiates and completes projects and planning activities on behalf of Human Resources.  Her responsibilities include researching and proactively recommending new or enhanced programs and activities, policies, procedures, and benefits.  

Employed by Franklin & Marshall College since 2009, Tammy served as the Interim Assistant Director, Human Resources during the Banner implementation and also, as a Career Specialist.

Prior to joining Franklin & Marshall College,  Tammy gained valuable operations management and employee relations experience with Estee Lauder Companies, Pepsico, and RR Donnelley. She earned her Master of Business Administration from La Salle University and her Bachelor of Science in Management from Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Human Resources.
