Extensive Health Benefits
To support the health and security of employees and their families, F&M College offers a generous health package that includes:

Team Clean employees, their spouses, and their dependent children have access to a variety of two-year and four-year degree programs.
Education Benefits for Employees: Upon hire, employees are eligible to attend F&M College or Elizabethtown College part-time for free.
Education Benefits for Spouses: Upon hire, spouses are eligible to attend Elizabethtown College part-time for free. After 5 years, spouses are eligible to attend F&M College part-time for free OR full-time with 85% tuition waived.
Education Benefits for Dependent Children:
- Grant in Aid: After 5 years, dependent children are eligible to receive a grant waiving 85% of tuition to attend F&M College.
- Children's Scholarship: After 5 years, dependent children are eligible to apply for a scholarship in the amount of 15% of current F&M College tuition OR full tuition at any accredited 4-year college or university of their choice, , whichever is less.
- Tuition Exchange: After 5 years, dependent children are eligible to apply for tuition scholarships (amounts vary up to full tuition) to more than 500 schools nation-wide.
"Before working at F&M, I was worried we wouldn't be able to afford an F&M education for my daughters. So, when I saw the opening, I applied! Now my daughter has received a $10,000 scholarship to the Lancaster Country Day School, through the F&M employee scholarship fund."
