Minor: Women's Gender & Sexuality Studies

Hi Everyone! I am currently a sophomore student from the Seattle area. In addition to being a tour guide on campus I'm involved in my college house's government, Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and I work at the Klehr Center for Jewish Life. Also at the beginning of freshman year I participated in the Putting It Together in the Community pre-orientation program through the Ware Institute. In my free time I love to geek out about politics and take my bright purple hammock out on Hartman Green with my friends!
Favorite Restaurant in Lancaster: Rachel's Cafe & Creperie.

    Class of 2022

    Hometown: Anaheim, CA

Intended Major: Government & American Studies Joint Major

    Minor: Geosciences

I'm an intended Joint Government and American Studies major with a Geoscience minor from Anaheim, California (home to Disneyland!) As much as I miss the busy traffic and on-going noise of a metropolitan city, I very much enjoy spotting policemen on horses while strolling through Downtown Lancaster. I am the 2019 secretary of Asian American Alliance and Creative Director of Liberty in North Korea. I am also involved with Define American, Diplomatic Congress Academic Status Committee, and one of the ten 2022 Mehlman Scholars on campus. I hope to attend graduate school on public/social policy and work with non-profits geared towards human rights! I'm also a tea enthusiast and need at least one cup a day.

Fun Fact: The city of Anaheim sponsored me to live in Japan with a host family for 14 days!

    Class of 2022

    Hometown: Mahwah, NJ

    Intended Major: Undecided

Hey! My name is William Argo and I’m from Mahwah, NJ, which is about a half hour outside New York City. I’m a sophomore here at F&M. In addition to being a campus tour guide, I’m in the Pollinator Club, a member of the College Democrats, and I work in the F&M Greenhouse. I am also an assistant coordinator for the pre-orientation program called GROW (Gardening and Regeneration Orientation Week). In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends, listen to music, and eat sushi. I’m a huge car enthusiast, so you can always find me learning about new cars. I haven’t decided on my major yet, but I’m considering studying something in the sciences.
Fun Fact: I have a fraternal twin brother! (And I am older by all of two mintues)
