Walk for a Cause Wellness Challenge
The Wellness Committee invites all of you to join us as we walk for not one, but two worthy causes! There is no obligation to you other than to register and count your steps.
An anonymous donor has pledged up to $500 if we reach our challenge goal of 4,800 miles - the equivalent of walking to Hawaii! The challenge starts on Monday, March 13th and ends on Sunday, April 23rd. It's easy, click here to register. Record your steps here every Tuesday, starting March 21st.

Update: Mileage for week 4 is 5,400 miles. We're already passed Hawaii, so we have a new "stretch" goal of Australia. Waltz away!

American Heart Association Award
Franklin & Marshall College has once again been awarded "Fit Friendly Company" status by the American Heart Association. This year we have moved up to Platinum status!
