Explore our Nation's Founding at the Museum of the American Revolution with History Professor Ted Pearson

Saturday, Nov. 18, in Philadelphia
Experience the American Revolution with F&M friends. Begin the afternoon with a delicious lunch at City Tavern, where Associate Professor of History Ted Pearson will spotlight the cities of Philadelphia and Boston and their crucial roles in the fight for liberty. Afterward, enjoy a self-guided tour of the MAR along with a "behind-the-scenes" program about remarkable artifacts discovered before the museum's construction. The program will provide an exciting glimpse into life in Philadelphia at the time of the Revolution.

Holidays in Annapolis: Explore Four Centuries of U.S. Naval Academy History and Celebrate the Season with a USNA Performance of Handel's "Messiah"
Saturday, Dec. 2, in Annapolis, Md. 
Join F&M friends for a walking tour of the U.S. Naval Academy, featuring highlights such as Lejeune Hall, Tecumseh Court, and the crype of John Paul Jones, the Revolutionary War hero. Later, enjoy the 71st annual performance of Handel's "Messiah" by the men's and women's glee clubs at the Naval Academy Chapel.
