Joe LeeSenior Adviser to the President

Joe Lee is Senior Advisor to the President. In this capacity, he focuses on strategic initiatives, institutional innovation, and external partnerships. He joined the F&M team in 2025 after serving 6.5 years for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including most recently as Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Josh Shapiro. He also previously served as Acting Secretary of the Department of General Services and Deputy Secretary for Administration at the Department of Labor & Industry. Prior to state government, Joe was a management consultant at North Highland and political analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency. He received his Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and BA from Johns Hopkins University.
