Lydia Brubaker Director of Legal Affairs in the General Counsel Department

Biography

After several years in nonprofit arts administration, Lydia first joined the F&M community in 2010 as Assistant Director for Administration at the Philadelphia Alumni Writers House. She soon moved to the Provost's Office, where she served as Special Assistant and then Executive Assistant to the Provost until early 2022, when she left Academic Affairs for a position as the Director of the Office of the Vice President for Finance & Administration and subsequently Director of Legal Affairs. In addition to her work at F&M, Lydia is active directing, acting, and producing in the regional theater scene. She is the Executive Director of local arts nonprofit Creative Works of Lancaster and Co-Director of the Lancaster Dramatists' Platform, a writing group for playwrights in Central PA.
