Pamela Panarella is an experienced higher education professional with more than two decades of leadership in alumni engagement, event strategy, and institutional advancement. Currently serving as the Director of Alumni Engagement at Franklin & Marshall College, Pamela oversees all aspects of alumni programming and engagement strategy, working to strengthen lifelong connections between alumni and the College while supporting philanthropic initiatives.

Known for a collaborative leadership style, deep relationship-building skills, and an eye for detail, Pamela brings a passion for creating meaningful experiences that connect alumni to their alma mater in impactful ways.

Pamela holds a Bachelor of Applied Science. in Business Administration from Saint Francis University and a professional certification in meeting planning from Temple University.
