Rodney Morrison serves as F&M's vice president of enrollment management. He is a nationally recognized leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing institutional effectiveness, student success, and strategic growth.
Morrison was most recently vice president for enrollment management at the University of Delaware. Before that, he was in senior enrollment and admissions leadership roles at Stony Brook University, Rutgers University–Camden, Mount Saint Mary College, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Under his leadership, Delaware and Stony Brook achieved record gains in enrollment quality metrics and improved national rankings while expanding pathways for first‑generation and underserved students.
In 2016, Morrison received the Bernard P. Ireland Recognition Award from the College Board’s Middle States Region—the organization’s highest individual honor. He was named one of The PIE Live’s Top Voices in North America in 2023. Pie Live connects more than 350 international education leaders who come together to share insights, tackle challenges, and build partnerships.
Morrison, a first-generation college graduate, earned his bachelor’s degree in history at the University of Rochester. In 1990, he was a member of the Yellowjackets’ NCAA Division III men’s basketball championship team. He later earned a master’s degree in education and a certificate in business management at Rochester.
Morrison is married with three children.
