Stephanie McConnell is the Executive Director of Career & Community Development, overseeing the Center for Career & Professional Development, Office of Student Employment, and Ware Institute for Civic Engagement.  She also designed and now oversees the Experience Lancaster program, aimed at giving F&M students access to transformative academic, work, service, and cultural experiences within F&M's local community.
