A vinyasa-style flow, but slowed down a bit, so that it can be accessible to all students, no matter what experience level, from absolute beginner to more advanced. It will incorporate movement principles as well as yoga theory in order to build and strengthen the mind-body connection and get students to move and really connect with their own bodies.  This class emphasizes building strength and balance in the body, while still moving in a way that is both fun and challenging and can be done by anyone.
