Join this panel of F&M LGBTQ+ alumni who will share how they have navigated the cultural and social demands of their workplaces, including how they assessed organizational climate, policies, and fit. Sponsored by the Alice Drum Women's Center, The Sexuality and Gender Alliance, The LGBTQ+ Alum Council, and OSPGD, this discussion for LGBTQ+ students, allies, and others wanting to learn about diversity in the workplace will include advice on disclosure and how to look for inclusive workplaces that value and celebrate diverse identities.
