Join Natasia Fable ‘13 for a conversation about the meaning of Wellness and how Wellness relates to self-care. In a presentation-guided open forum, we will discuss Wellness in today’s society, learn tips for self-care, practice self-care techniques, and address your questions. Natasia is an educator who found it imperative to focus on her own Wellness after severe illness. She currently focuses on her work as a Yoga Instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, while continuing to develop her impact in Education.
