Spend 4 weeks (July 5-August 1, 2020) in London with Prof. Crawford and other F&M students. Students will fulfill a Natural Science in Perspective (NSP) requirement by exploring energy use in our modern society from a physical perspective, including both fossil fuels and alternative/sustainable energies. Several field trips to various facilities connected to the energy topics discussed will be included around London and other areas of the UK.
Students who are interested in energy and environmental/climate issues are encouraged to apply!
Pre-requisites: None, but students must be able to handle algebra and fractions and units with ease. No trigonometry or calculus is used.
