Airport Break Shuttle Reservations
In order to successfully reserve a seat on the shuttle, please have a credit/debit card with you. All payments will now be made online through this site, and the Auxiliary Services Office will no longer be taking cash or check payments for Break Shuttles.

As part of our service, we drop off students at their specified airline terminal (ie, USAir, Airtran,Delta,etc). Pick up point on campus will be at the lobby or outside of the Mayser Physical Education Center.
The following are pickup points for the airports:
- PHL- pick up at baggage claim/terminal B at American Airlines. YOU MUST BE OUTSIDE WAITING AT THE FAMILY PICK UP (not commercial), look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van.
- BWI- pick up at Zone C1 (First Floor/Arrivals). YOU MUST BE OUTSIDE WAITING. Look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van.
- MDT- pick up outside airport entrance. Look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van.
Should you have any changes in your arrival, please call (717) 598-0236 so Auxiliary Services can contact your driver. All other questions should be directed to Auxiliary Services during normal business hours at 717-358-4730 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
To assist you in your travel plans at the start and end of breaks through the academic year, (excluding the very beginning of the semester in August and the end of the school year in May ) we will be offering shuttle services to and from the Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Baltimore airports. Payments may be made using a credit/debit card on the break shuttle reservation site (click towards the top of the page).
The cost of this service will be: (each way)
- Harrisburg $35.00
- Philadelphia $45.00 (You may also take the train for an easy commute to the PHL airport)
- Baltimore $45.00
All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS!
PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR SHUTTLE FOR PHL OR BWI 4 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE TIME. UNEXPECTED TRAFFIC, ACCIDENTS OR WEATHER MAY CAUSE DELAYED TRAVEL TIME WHEN TRAVELING TO THESE AIRPORTS.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICE IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE A PRIOR RESERVATION, PLEASE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Shuttle or transportation requests made after the deadline may not be able to be accommodated and are not guaranteed.
- Shuttles do not operate on a routine schedule -- they only operate when a trip has been reserved.
- Beginning Fall 2019, shuttle requests should be requested for a time no less than 30 minutes AFTER expected landing.

Where do I go to catch the shuttle?
Shuttle pick up and drop off is located at the MAYSER CENTER.
Make sure you are at the pick up location at least 5-10 minutes early.
What must I provide to get on the shuttle?
E-mail confirmation is required and your F&M ID must be made available to the shuttle driver.
Be sure to verify your personal information on the shuttle driver's sheet and make sure that your contact telephone number is correct in case we need to call you regarding your pick up, drop off, or other matters.
Who do I call if my plans change or if I don't know where to meet the driver?
During regular business hours (M-F 8:30-4:00pm) you may call the Office of Auxiliary Services at 717.358.4730.
After hours, please call the F&M Break Shuttle Hotline 717-598-0236.
If I am returning to school on a shuttle, where will I find the driver to bring me back to campus?
Look for the F&M van or Friendly Taxi vehicle. Please see the schedule of where pick up will be for your particular airport.
How long will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
It will be at the driver's discretion how long he waits for you. However, the driver may try and contact you if you are not at the shuttle when he is ready to leave.
If you have missed your shuttle, you may call Friendly Taxi at 800.795.3278. Be sure to tell them that you are with F&M. You may also check the train schedule to Lancaster. Amtrak can be contacted at 800.872.7245.
